THE SPACE



This condo has been recently repainted and features new living room & bedroom furnishings.



Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area frame that sweeping Bay and Fort Myers Beach view, filling the space with natural light and a constant, beautiful sense of the water beyond.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is well-laid-out for groups of up to 4. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a TV with DirecTV, and a dining table with seating for 4. An eating bar with two barstools separates the living area from the kitchen, adding a casual, social feel to the space.



The full kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances — everything needed for easy meals in. Sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the open balcony, where a table and seating for 2 overlook the Bay and the horizon beyond.



The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV with DirecTV — a comfortable, well-proportioned sleeping space with its own direct bathroom access.



The bathroom is both beautiful and cleverly designed — a jetted corner tub, an oversized walk-in shower, an expanded sink vanity, and a private toilet area with a pocket door, all accessible from both the bedroom and the main living area.
