A unique vacation destination consisting of a private two-story home with four bedrooms and three baths and your own heated swimming pool. The lay-out of this home makes it perfect for large or extended families. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and the new Margaritaville Resort. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Avenue to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and two restaurants on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include the heated pool, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, private laundry and complimentary WiFi.

On arrival there is ample off-street parking in a wide pavered driveway and two covered spaces beneath the home. Enter through the front door into the lower level of the home. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/tropical. From the entry foyer this lower level has a foyer sitting area, a separate guest bedroom, guest bath and family room with access out to the fenced in and heated swimming pool. Stairs take you up to the main part of the home and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets and decorator tile countertops with backsplash. There is also a large island with storage space on the kitchen side and four bar stools on the living room side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer. There is also a kitchen pantry, as well as full size washer and dryer behind louvered doors. This flows out into the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table seating six. The living area has two matching sofas, one of which has a pull-out queen-size sleeper-sofa and a coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a credenza above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Off the living and dining area is a guest bathroom with decorator tile vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

On this second level the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser, above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet with with shelving. The en suite bathroom has a decorator tile vanity with dual lavatories and plenty of storage space beneath, a recessed garden-style jetted tub, commode and a corner walk-in shower with glass walls and door. Also on this level the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The third guest bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen-size bed, night stand, and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom on this lower level has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

Also on the lower level is a family/game room furnished with two sofas, opposite which is a double dresser with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. A door from this room provides access out to the fenced in heated pool and deck area, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs.

Perfect all around

Just the spot to rest and relax. Our stay was not nearly as long as we would have liked, but everything was just as we were told. Just what we wanted with the beach handy for numerous trips. Easy access to Time Square with many choices of restaurants and shops.

Everything you need for a great vacation

The house is perfect for a family or mixed group. Everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Pool was clean and warm!! Thanks to the hurricane we have clear unobstructed views of the Gulf and steps away from the beach.

Filthy area, rats in the house

We discovered there were rats in the house, which the property management knew about and didn't disclose. The pics online show a pristine clean area. This was NOT the case. We had to fill the pool ourselves as the level was far below the skimmer. The indoor pictures make it look so much nicer than it actually was. Very unhappy. I had to message many times before getting any response.

Family Vacation

Our family had a group of 11, 3 of the 11 being younger children. The house was plenty big enough for everyone! No one felt like they were crammed in or tripping over each other. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The best part it was only a short walk to the beach! Our family thanks you for sharing your piece of paradise with us for the week!

Bring your bug spray

Hope to never rent another property through VRBO that is managed by Coastal Vacations Properties. Property had ants inside and out. We reported it shortly after checkin on Saturday but no one ever came to spray for them. Property has numerous other problems - roof leak, poor supplies, very slow ice maker, leaking shower, wasn’t cleaned very well, etc. Also has refrigerant leak on AC and no routine maintenance of air filters so be prepared for high temps upstairs. They did take care of AC but it took all day to get it done. Also mold in garage partially hidden by all boxes and furniture stored there.

Perfect get away spot

The property has the perfect layout and space for a group of 8 adults or more. It was completely and I mean completely clean. Ownership was very professional and friendly. It's a perfect getaway steps from white sand beeches and fun dinner and drinks spots. I would rent it again for sure.

Awesome property and location!

This is a perfect property for a large family or multiple families! The kitchen is spacious and is open to the great room and dining area. The pool is the perfect size and has both sun and shade throughout the day. It's a short walk to the beach as well! I would definitely stay here again! ")

The only shortcoming was the lack of sufficient kitchen accessories to accommodate a group of 8 staying at the house, e.g., plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Everything else was terrific!
