The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, offering a tranquil retreat after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed. The living room also offers a brand new queen sleeper sofa ideal for additional guests or family members. Master bathroom features a rainfall shower and both bathrooms have lighted mirrors, providing luxury. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or step out onto the patio or balcony for an al fresco dining experience with stunning views. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement. Sand Caper condo association requires a two-week prior notice for the rental applications, meaning guests must book with at least two weeks of prior notice.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
