Outside, you have access to your own private patio or balcony, the lush garden or backyard, and the refreshing swimming pool. Parking is provided free of charge on the premises, including garage access for your convenience.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Tip Top Isles. Get to Nervous Nellies, Doc fords, and more by boat within 10 minutes! Lover's key is 30 minutues and FMB is a 15 minute boat drive.



Getting Around:

Getting to the NEW Lit coco Hideaway is simple and convenient. We offer complimentary parking on the premises, including garage access, making it easy for guests arriving by car to settle in right away. While the quiet Tip Top Isles neighborhood is best explored by vehicle, the property is well situated for those traveling to the area. Southwest Florida International Airport is approximately a forty five minute drive from our location. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the attractions and beautiful beaches in Fort Myers Beach at your own pace.
