In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and upscale bistros on the bay are just a short car ride away. This property's close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport, all within a 20-40 minute drive. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are close by. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips.
