The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean! The beds were welcoming after long days at the beach and the appliances worked perfectly. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the 5 of us! The pool was the perfect temperature to feel refreshed after swimming in the gulf in August. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after the sun was lower in the western sky. I will stay with Angie when we come back!

Angie’s place was exactly as shown. Easy walking to the beach and very clean!! She popped in for a short minute to make sure all was going great. Very friendly!! There was 6 of us staying and all loved her place. Would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Getting Around:

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:00pm daily November to April. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Host Angie was very welcoming and excellent at communicating with us. The villa was wonderful, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were good. Our granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool with waterfalls as well as the short walk to the beach. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay there again.

March trip Ft Meyers 2025

Condo was very nice. Lovely master bedroom and bath, as well as the 2nd bedroom. It was nice to find chairs and beach stuff in the downstairs laundry and rec room. The laundry downstairs was excellent, and like new washer and dryers. The proximity to the beach was acceptable, except that there were no public restrooms at the beach, and the beach was filled with beach debris, and a large pipe that you had to climb over to gain access. I would say that the only other negative factor would be the massive amounts of traffic. If you come and go in the evening, expect several hours of traffic time. I doesn’t reflect my rating on this condo in the massive traffic backups, because two of the major bridges close by are both being reconstructed, so it’s in no way any fault of the owners.

I would have liked a light over the sink for the kitchen when cooking. Understand there is a reason for the lights flickering but it was unfortunate. Best vacation ever!

Our family of 5 from Michigan (kids 7,11,13) stayed for 7 days in one of the upstairs units. Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was well prepared. The property was very clean and well equipped inside and outside. The pool, the playroom and the 3min walk to the amazing beach left no time to be bored. A special thank you to Angie for all her hard work to make this a wonderful experience for our family!
