Captains Bay 103 is a lovely way to spend your vacation! Beautifully decorated and completely remodeled, this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo with a gorgeous Screen In Lanai and a wonderful kitchen will make Captains Bay 103 your favorite spot to relax in sunny Florida and come back to year after year.

Open the front door and you are treated to an air-conditioned, open concept, sunlit filled living space that has been professionally decorated with coastal flair - vinyl wood plank flooring, plantation shutters, designer lighting and fans. Spacious and filled with comfortable furniture, the living room has a HUGE TV. There's a sleeper sofa for 2 overnight guests. The Dining Area holds a table for four. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fabulous granite countertops - dishware, cookware and tableware included for entertaining. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and boasts a full washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a space with banquette seating and a table for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning. The open floor living area leads to the best feature in the condo - a Screened In Lanai with lounge chairs to relax in and enjoy the Gulf breezes.

The large Master Bedroom En Suite sports a King Sized Bed, private lanai access, and its own TV. The newly remodeled En Suite Master Bath features dual vanities, and a separate room for the toilet and a Walk In Shower. The rather large Guest Bedroom is also an En Suite and has two Twin Beds. The newly remodeled Guest Bath offers a Tub/Shower combo.

This unit offers free WiFi, ample parking including a covered spot, and a building elevator. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Captain's Bay is a wonderful and welcoming community located in the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, just across the street from our world famous beach, and features resort amenities - heated pool and sundeck with lounge chairs, picnic area, BBQ grill. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
