The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite access to the primary bathroom, complete with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and a convenient door leading directly to the pool area. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen bed and a bunk bed—perfect for additional guests or families. Both the second and third bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest Access:

This residence includes all three levels of a beautifully remodeled property. It includes both the larger apartment on the second and third level and a smaller, separate apartment is located on the ground floor. Guests of this residence have exclusive access to all of the spaces described above, as well as the pool area and the entire the driveway in front of the home, which provides parking for up to 7 vehicles.



Getting Around:

🚗 7 vehicle maximum parking 🛻

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts.
