For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a glass topped table for 4 conveniently located right next to the breakfast bar. Meals can be enjoyed here or out on the lanai.

The Master Bedroom En Suite will be waiting for you at the end of the day. A true Master Retreat, there's a King-sized bed, in-room wall mounted large flat screen TV, walk in closet and full Master Bath to spoil you. Enjoy your private lanai access from the Master Bedroom - better to sneak out through the Master Bedroom sliders to the lanai for some late-night star gazing or watching the moon sparkle on the Gulf. The Master Bath has also been remodeled and features a granite topped vanity and tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom accommodates your family or friends with two comfortable Twin Beds and its own TV. Directly next door is the remodeled Guest Bath with a wonderful, full walk in shower.

Every aspect of this vacation condo was designed for easy vacation living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bath linens and beach towels. There's even a washer/dryer tucked away - no visiting the laundromat during your vacation! Located on the quiet, residential southern tip of the island, Carlos Pointe Beach Club is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Remember you did come here for the beach and Carlos Pointe Beach Club doesn't disappoint. Your backyard is the secluded end of one of the country's top-rated beaches - 7 miles of sugar white sand. While you stroll this gorgeous beach, keep your eyes posted for dolphins, pelicans, sea turtles, ospreys, spoonbills and the many species of shore birds that make our Gulf waters their home.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
