Located on the south end of Estero Island, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Island Vacation Condo at Casa Marina is on a canal leading out to Estero Bay. This condo has been completely remodeled is designed for comfort with tasteful furnishings for quiet enjoyment. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated for the best possible night's sleep. The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Bed and private Lanai access. The newly remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom at the opposite side of the condo has Two Twin Beds. Next door is the newly remodeled Guest Bath. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a great night's rest in comfort (the property sleeps 4). The Living Area, newly decorated with Florida flair, is perfect for reading a book, watching a movie, gathering with friends and family or just for quiet contemplation. The gorgeous new Kitchen features new cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops and all dinnerware, tableware and cookware. There's a lovely Breakfast Bar for two and a large Dining Table for six. The fabulous Screened In Lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh beach air!

Casa Marina has a secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Casa Marina is a short walk across the street to the Gulf's beautiful white sand beach! The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. There's a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck that invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. New Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane. Casa Marina Guests also have the benefit of a private Beach Access - just a short walk down Bay Beach Lane.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard.
