The Space:



This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex unit is approximately 690 sq ft. We welcome you to layout in the sun-filled backyard or make memories roasting marshmallows by the fire in your tropical backyard oasis. Have a BBQ on the propane grill and enjoy outdoor seating for up to 4. Our property welcomes you with blooming orchids, pineapples, coconut trees, and butterflies. Citrus trees line the property. You will feel true peace here.



Come and relax on the couch with a 55" Samsung Smart TV (you can log in to your own account with Hulu Plus, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube TV, and more). Enjoy fast WiFi and modern touches such as a Nest thermostat and Nest Protect. A perfect spot for WFH couples. Note: **No cable tv**



The full-size kitchen has everything you need for a homemade meal, including basic cooking necessities. Note: no dishwasher.

You will have this whole place to yourself; you do not have any shared spaces with the front unit. NOTE: The laundry room is shared with our cleaning staff. It has a fenced-in backyard with orchids on the trees and an outside seating area. Please view all the photos to see all the space that is entirely yours.



The recently renovated bathroom features a shower, modern brushed metal finishes, and bright daylight LED bulbs.



Perfect for those who wish to stay in a house with a full kitchen or enjoy tossing a ball with your dogs in a large private backyard with beautiful pet-friendly artificial grass. ** We are pet-friendly up to 20 lbs, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



Located 3.5 miles from the beach & FLL Airport, the home is very close to marinas & the cruise port.



Orchids in bloom from February until summer. Our quiet & cozy neighborhood is home to more than 40 roaming peacocks. Citrus trees & modern landscaping surround the property. The full laundry features a large-sized washer & dryer as well as a hanging area for drying delicates.



2 parking spots are available (there is no on-street parking allowed in this neighborhood).



We are licensed by the vacation rental ordinance to sleep a max of 4 adults. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors are allowed; all guests must be registered.



Outside patio seating dining area, an outside ceiling fan in an undercover palapa, and mood lights for evening relaxing.



Because our neighborhood is in a quiet area full of long-time owner-occupants, we are not able to accommodate parties or host events. There is also an imposed 'quiet time' by the city of Fort Lauderdale from 10 pm to 7 am.



Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacation And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.



The Peacock Oasis is hosted by Dream Vacation And Rentals and is a perfect getaway for couples, yacht crew, or business travelers.

The River Oaks community is located in Southwest Fort Lauderdale. The home is 3.5 miles from the Fort Lauderdale airport, 2.4 miles from Port Everglades, 3.6 miles to Las Olas Blvd., and walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, the supermarket, and several restaurants. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and a waiver or the deposit collection. The waiver does not apply to a one-night reservation.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.



Other Things to Note:

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.
