Welcome to Surfari Pompano Beach! Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, this retreat blends surfer vibes with tropical charm. Drive to the beach from the house (10min drive). You can get many places by driving 5-10 mins.
Private parking for 4 cars in the driveway. We just ask that you keep your vehicles on your side of the parking pad. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach & in the pool, get ready for some fun night life at the Pompano Beach Boardwalk filled with restaurants!

King bed, smart TV, additional twin futon, desk and ensuite pass through bathroom. The king bedroom also houses a lot of accessories in the closet including, pack n play, high chair, vacuum, steam mop, poker table top set, poker chip set, hangers, small safe, etc. Sleeps 2!

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods) as well as children's dinnerware.
The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 6 people, plus 4 additional countertop seats. This area has direct access to the incredible backyard.

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 23 years old.
No parking on the grass, street or neighbor's lawn under any circumstance or the vehicle will be towed and vehicle power will be responsible for the fines.
Driveway Size: Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side. // 80ft wide 20ft long
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

$25 pet fee per pet per night. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies. Must be housebroken & crated when not home.
We charge $20 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 86 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runs 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Visiting guests are asked to leave by 9pm to not be considered an overnight guest. Guests leaving after 9pm may incur further charges.

A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.
