Schönes Hotel mit Suites, gute Lage
Wir waren mit einer Familienfeier dort. Super freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht. Gratis Kaffee und Wasser den ganzen Tag lang in der Lobby. Am Nachmittag auch Kekse und Äpfel an der Rezeption. Die Reinigungskraft war super. Immer extra Handtücher für uns da gelassen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war lecker, immer frisch nachgelegt. Der wieder. Viel zum einkaufen in der Umgebung.

kennen das Residence Inn in Naples ( allerdings vor Umbau 2015). Das Zimmer hat uns dort besser gefallen, auch der Frühstücksbereich und der >Poolbereich. In Plantation wirkt es irgendwie eng und erdrücklend. Wir hatten auch Pech mit dem Zimmer - das Fenster gab den Blick auf eine Wand. Schön ist anders. Für 2 Tage ausreichend. Frühstück lecker; der Aufenthaltsraum in der Lobby zu kalt.

The building that I stayed in the door to get into the building was broken and would not close all the time and not lock. The carpet in the hallways are stained and very dirty. The elevator buttons and lights half don't work some are missing the fixtures and the ones that do work are very dimmed.. When using the elevator my biggest fear was getting stuck in it. So I would use the stairs from the 4th FL down when I didn't have any luggage.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!! Very accommodating. Our room was super spacious. The continental breakfast was the best we ever had without going to a restaurant. The staff was always on par. VERY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED.

We had a very nice stay in the two bedroom suite. We appreciated the convenient parking, the cleanliness of the room, daily housekeeping, dishes available in the kitchen, wonderful hot breakfast each morning, beautiful courtyard with fire pit, nice pool, basketball court, and delicious cookies every day. The beds were not very comfortable, but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there again. It was an overall excellent stay for our family of 5.

Es un hotel viejo, sin mantenimiento y terrible servicio al cliente. Todo mal. Adicional el parqueo indicaba “incluido” pero nos cobraron $5 adicionales. Reservamos para 6 y nos dieron un sofá cama que no era apto para descansar. Esas instalaciones son máximo para 4 personas. De nunca volver.

Padrão Residence Inn. Bem localizado, perto do Sawgrass Outlet, com boa infraestrutura ao redor (postos, farmácias, restaurantes, mercados). Cobra estacionamento e recebimento de encomendas, mas são valores aceitáveis. Ótimo pra quem usa o aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale.

Hotel em decadência
Hotel em decadência. fiquei 1 noite para pegar avião. Não condizente Marriot. Ou Marriot tbem já está decadente e a anos que não me hospedava. Pedi berço na reserva 3 meses antes hospedagem, quando fiz check Inn as 16:30, me informaram que levariam berço no quarto, ao chegar 11:00 da noite do shopping berço não estava quarto, recepcionista disse que não tinha mais, mas não avisou no check, lençol sofá cama não tinha tiver que buscar, travesseiros são contados, café da manhã lotado com poucos funcionários para dar conta de repor. Carpe quarto sujo. Cama queen tive impressão ser menor que queen normal. Sofá cama péssimo, impossível dormir. Não voltaria. Serviço e hotel condizente a um 2 estrelas.
