LOGISTICS: A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced each Wednesday morning between 8 and 10 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don`t be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes every other Wednesday late morning so don`t be alarmed.
GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.
PARKING: Our driveway provides parking spots. Please refrain from parking on the street.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipments, disabled equipments, pets equipments…)
