Palms 2, entire house minutes away from beaches

Palms 2 is a cozy, welcoming entire home located in Dania Beach, oldest town in South Florida. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants in downtown Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to Miami.
Very bright and spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it offers a lot of space and a great ambiance to enjoy your vacation.
Cable, internet and secure WiFi are included.
Palms 2 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to cleaning protocol after each guest.
The space
Palms 2 features 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, a spacious living room with a generous dining area and a fully remodeled kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home.
You also have a comfortable private outside seating area just off the living room with a gas grill for your entertaining pleasure. A fully equipped (with a washer and dryer) laundry room is available day and night and is in the landing behind the house.
There is parking for two cars in the back.
PLEASE NOTE Palms 2 is a private separate home but part of a shared property. There is another house in the front (Palms 1) that has its own private entrance, parking and outside areas.
You may choose to rent either house or both for large family get togethers or several families who are vacationing together.
PLEASE NOTE We protect our property with a security system that uses 2 exterior cameras (no interior cameras). One camera is at the front door and the other is at the patio in the east facing side yard. We fully respect your privacy and trust you will be a responsible guest.
Guest access
The main entry has a key pad lock. You will be provided with the code before arrival and will let yourself in. Should you wish so, I will be happy to meet you upon arrival and introduce you to the house and the amenities. Otherwise, please feel free to contact me if there is something you cannot find.
