From the moment you arrive, the home sets the tone. Painted in a bright coastal hue inspired by the retro pool tiles, the 1952 ranch-style exterior is framed by mini palm trees, crisp white trim, stylish planters, and a tall privacy hedge. A carport, shoe benches, dusk-to-dawn lighting, and a welcoming entry make arrival easy and inviting.

Every room tells a Florida story. Inside, you’ll find state-park-themed bedrooms, vintage shipwreck maps, and carefully selected local wildlife photography throughout the home. Art and décor were intentionally chosen to reflect the landscapes, animals, and coastal culture you’ll encounter during your stay—from piers and bridges to turtles, birds, and marine life.

The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a quality leather sectional, large windows, and a 72” Smart TV. Guests can enjoy complimentary yoga and meditation through the Commune app—perfect for slow mornings or unwinding after a beach day. A gallery wall of Florida wildlife and scenery adds both beauty and inspiration.

A fully stocked game shelf keeps everyone entertained, with Fort Lauderdale Monopoly, Uno, playing cards, puzzles, jumbo outdoor games, and adult favorites for fun nights in.
Dining & Kitchen – Designed for Real Living

The dining area features a solid wood table with a midcentury silhouette, navy spindle-back chairs, and a matching bench, all bathed in natural light from large sliding glass doors. Serve meals on Mikasa plateware with Riedel wine glasses, stainless steel cutlery, and luxury cloth napkins—everything you need for effortless hosting.

The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space, making it ideal for socializing while you cook. The bright white kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator with filtered water and dual ice makers. Eco-friendly Mrs. Meyer’s soaps and dishwasher pods are provided.

For those who love to cook, this kitchen delivers: spacious countertops, top-of-the-line cookware, cast iron pans, nonstick bakeware, a full knife set, and quality utensils. Appliances include a blender/food processor, an immersion blender, a stand mixer, a juicer, and a panini press. The breakfast bar is stocked with an espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, a milk frother, a kettle, a toaster, and an assortment of organic teas.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort, storage, and flexibility:
The primary suite, inspired by Florida piers and bridges, features a king bed, solid-wood furnishings, a large closet, mirrors, and local photography.
Additional bedrooms are themed around Biscayne Bay, Everglades National Park, and a local state park. Biscayne Bay and Everglades National Park rooms have the options for king or twin beds.
Every room includes USB bedside lamps, makeup and full-length mirrors, ample hangers, laundry baskets, beach tote bags, yoga mats, and generous storage.

The main bathroom features a tub/shower combo and coastal artwork highlighting sea turtles, including local photography from Fort Lauderdale beaches. Visit in June or July to witness the nearby turtle hatching season.
