- Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, parties and loud music are NOT permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

- Maximum occupancy 6 guests at all times.

- Maximum number of vehicles (3), in the garage or in driveway only.

- Street and/or Lawn Parking NOT ALLOWED.

- NO Smoking inside the house.

- Pets welcome! Dogs allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog. Limit 2.

- Use Swimming Pool and Gas barbecue grill at your own risk.
