Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The house is exclusively yours, without unnecessary interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. There are decibel monitoring devices as per mandatory regulations from Broward county.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $1000 and it will be required prior to your arrival.
Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
