1st time renter
This is was my first time renting a property, I kinda found the search to be somewhat nerve-racking . I guess i understand why the addresses are not posted, but the fact that i was solely dependent on the reviewers opinions of the location made me hesitant. The neighborhood is ok, its like a mid class neighborhood. What was great about it was the intestate is RIGHT there, you have major stores nearby. There's a park across the street. The size of the home was petfect, it was very clean, (except for the pots). The pool was awesome, The whole ambiance was nice. The beds were so very comfortable. Now here's what i didn't like... I didnt like the surprises that surfaced once youve paid and you cant turn back. Initially it says there's parking, no specifics, but I found out afterwards that you're only allowed 2 cars for parking even though the property is enough to allow at least 4 cars, had i known this i would not have rented. How can a property that allows for 8 adults only allow 2 cars for parking, doesn't make.sense. I didn't like the feeling of being watched all the time, maybe im old fashioned, i know one has to protect whats theirs, for me it was a bit intrusive. ( talking about the exterior not interior). All in all it was a nice property, cozy. Im a bit a indifferent about the whole experience of these rentals, don't know if it's worth it.

Short holiday
The property is exactly how it appears on the photos. The bed was comfortable. Very spacious home. Owner has a lot of games for adults and kids. Only thing is we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather was cold and rainy. But looks like a great time when the temperature is just right! The owner was very quick to respond to all needs and very polite. The home is close to many restaurants. It is a short and inexpensive Lyft ride to Riverwalk.

I would definitely recommend this listing for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale. Very spacious, extremely clean, and the decor will make feel right at home. the communication with the host is great. Responds promptly for any questions or needs you may have during your stay. Also the beds are very comfortable.

This week trip was absolutely amazing and it all had to do with this place. It was so clean, spacious, the pool area was beautiful, they provided with many games you’ll never be bored. My kids didn’t want to leave! They really took their time to make you feel right at home. I will definitely come back. And the hosts? One of the nicest people I’ve met. Book it! You won’t regret.

Nice place
We had a nice stay at this property. Excellent communication with the property owner. Very quick to respond. The pictures shown on the listing are an accurate reflection of the property. House is located in a quiet working-class neighborhood. Kids playing outside with each other, even let the 5 year old join. Good location with lots of stores and restaurants near by. Not too far from the beach. The house was spacious and our party of 7 did not feel cramped. Beds and pillows were super comfy, so sleep was not an issue. We had a good stay here and would have no problem booking this property again.
