Welcome to The Las Olas Compound—a unique Fort Lauderdale retreat combining two neighboring four-bedroom villas into one connected 8-bedroom property.



Your group gets the convenience of staying together while enjoying the added privacy of two complete homes. Each villa has its own living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private pool, while the connected backyard makes it easy for everyone to come together.

It’s an ideal setup for larger families, multiple couples, groups of friends, and corporate stays where extra space and privacy make all the difference.

Step outside to your own tropical retreat featuring two private saltwater pools surrounded by palm trees, loungers, shaded seating, and spacious turf areas.

Spend the afternoon swimming, relax poolside with your group, or fire up the BBQ for dinner outdoors. The large turf backyard offers additional room for games, stretching, yoga, or simply enjoying the South Florida sunshine.

Pool heating is available for $300 per stay and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Pools are professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

• Landscaping takes place on Thursdays.

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

• Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Parties, events, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted.



Please respect our neighbors and approved occupancy limits throughout your stay. House-rule violations may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to both units, the backyard is connected.

The compound is in Progresso Village, a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood just north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Las Olas Boulevard’s restaurants, lounges, and shops are a few minutes’ drive away, Fort Lauderdale Beach is about 10 minutes, FLL Airport is 15–25 minutes, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is 18–25 minutes.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Without a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around.
