Großes 4/3 Haus - 7MIN WALK 2 BEACH! - LRG beheizter Privatpool, Tiki, Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10+

Komplett im modernen Stil renoviert, Strandhaus 3 Blocks vom Pompano Beach entfernt. Nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß und Sie an einem der am höchsten bewerteten Strände in den Vereinigten Staaten. Sie könnten der erste sein, der in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern wohnt, das erst im Dezember 2018 renoviert wurde. Alles ist neu! Große Terrasse mit 35 x 12 beheiztem Pool mit einer überdachten Tiki-Hütte mit Ventilator, so dass Sie von der Hitze ablassen und auf weichen Gartenmöbeln entspannen können. Brauchen Sie ein wenig Sonne, gibt es reichlich Liegestühle und andere Möbel rund um den Pool.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und das Haus hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 8 Erwachsene und bis zu 10 mit 2 Luftmatratzen. Die Gästezimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und der Meister hat ein King-Size-Bett. 50 "Fernseher befinden sich im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Familienzimmer und ein 40" Fernseher befindet sich im "Family Fun Room". Alle Fernsehgeräte sind Smart-TVs von Samsung, sodass Abonnements für NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo und andere Geräte verfügbar sind. WLAN ist in der gesamten Unterkunft verfügbar.

Das Haus befindet sich 3 Blocks vom Strand entfernt und dauert weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß und genießen Sie den weltberühmten Pompano Beach. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und andere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten von Ihrem Urlaub entfernt.

The house is lovingly furnished and the location is perfect. You have everything you need. Everything was impeccably clean and the landlords are extremely nice and very sympathetic. The equipment was top. Everything you need was there. The wifi connection was just great. We can highly recommend this house.

So much room with so much fun!

We had a great experience staying here at this house that was much larger than it appears. Everything was very clean and fully stocked. We had everything we needed and more! We relaxed by the pool most of our trip because we found it to be even better than the beach. It’s a perfect location, away from the crowds but an easy bike ride to so many restaurants and the beach. Just a few blocks from Publix as well.

Easy checkin process, the house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beach supplies. Chairs, umbrellas, wagons and even a rolling cooler. The pool was also a nice spot to relax and cool down. The house isn’t far from the grocery store and many restaurants. It was a perfect spot for an easy relaxing stay.

This space was comfortable, relaxing and perfect for our adult family of 5. The beach was close, lots of restaurants near by, without the congestion and grittiness of being surrounded by high rises. Thanks again for a beautiful stay. House was clean and very comfortable. Has every utensil you would need for cooking /barbecuing , he was also kind enough to leave two propane tanks for the barbecue! Located in a quiet neighborhood that is near some top notch dining. Pool is beautiful:)! Great place to have a family vacation. Great communication with the property owner , they will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Heaven in Pompano Beach

This house is even better in person than the pictures show. In addition to the great layout- particularly the outside back pool, garden, amnd tiki hut area- the kitchen is fully stocked not only with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and bowls, but anything else you could imagine, including many spices. John and Stacy are great hosts. The best part for us was to have such a beautiful house in such a perfect location. In addition to bars, restaurants, publix and other stores within walking distance, we walked over the intercoastal to the beach whenever we went there. We have already rented for a month next year. It was perfect for four of us with room for guests when they came!

Absolute Paradise

This property was exactly as the listing described. The pool and tiki area were heavenly. The house was immaculate. The hosts supplied all items you could want for a day at the beach. They communicated to make sure we had all we needed, and to make recommendations regarding restaurants. This was a child free trip for me, my husband, my sister, and brother-in-law. I would love to book again and bring my grandchildren. A five star experience from start to finish.

Pompano Family Vacation

This house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are well taken care of and everything was updated nicely. I liked that someone had labeled where to put the dishes and items after washing them. The beach chairs and towels saved us a lot of space when packing. The location is super convenient to Publix (which has a garage to park in!), places to go for a drink and eat, the beach, etc. We have been to the area but never stayed. This house allowed us to check out some new places and visit other locations that we love in the area. The walk is about 10 minutes to the beach which saves a lot of money in parking. There was lots of space for our 2 families (8 people - 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens) to congregate at meal times and in the evening, but also enough space to spread out. The pool was great, and the kids named the iguanas that stopped by periodically. I can't thank John enough for delivering such a great place for our vacation!!

Family gathering to see Cricket Match in Ft Lauderdale

Property was just as pretty as the pictures on VRBO. Host was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. Property was very large, more than enough room for six adults and five year old child. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Instructions from host posted in the house were very informative of things to do in the area and what to do for check out. Pool was a great plus for family play and to relax during the day. Tiki hut was great when an afternoon South Florida rain shower would sneak up on you. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in south Florida.

The cleanest property we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how there weren’t bugs any where but it’s was amazing. Pool was fantastic. Walk was good as well to the beach. Perfect place for family vacation

Stacy & John's house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Great spaces for relaxing, playing games, and just hanging out. The space was just as described and the property was very clean with everything we needed. This was our first trip to Pompano Beach and we loved to be walking distance to the beach and beach items provided. There are so many great restaurant choices within walking distance too! A Gem of A Home

This house was very clean and was fully renovated only a few years ago. Location, location, location - this house is perfectly located to walk to everything from the beach, restaurants, Publix grocery and more. All tiled floor, nice size bedrooms with good beds and clean and updated bathrooms. Home has a great layout. Heated lap pool was beautiful and nice to come back to from the beach. Loved everything about this home and the hosts were easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

First, off I would like to start by saying the negative reviews I read on here are either inaccurate or full of insanity. The property is just as pictured. Cleanly and spacious. Wonderful and powerful AC we fully controlled, clear views outside,beautiful pool surrounded by hibiscus flowers, comfy beds, great laundry units, and quiet neighbors who respect your privacy. Yes there are quiet hours - as a mom with two babies I am EXTREMELY thankful of this because I want my kids to sleep. I am writing this as a mother with two babies 2 year old and 5 month old. We had to switch to this house last minute because of inaccurate listing of first booked house. John the owner was beyond compassionate to our circumstances and let us ASAP. We met both Stacy and John and they were both wonderful hosts and extremely accommodating. Anyone who thinks otherwise may lack introspection on their own actions. For traveling moms: The house is equipt with a potty training seat, two pack and plays, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, a “baby clean up kit,” high chair and Bumbo seat. The one suggestion I would love to see if we returned to this house is a couple of kids sand toys (bucket, shovel, etc) just some dollar tree ones even! They provide little soaps and a welcome basket like a hotel which is super classy. They have towels and beach towels. Everything was nice and clean and we were UNEXPECTED last minute guests! Beautiful home close to everything

Beautiful ranch style home, on quiet walkable street, close to everything. Home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed many of the owner's recommendations for local restaurants and activities which were all wonderful. Amazing pool and outdoor area was very private. House was perfect for our group. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We just came home from 5 days at this beautiful home. The owners were great at communicating before and during our stay. The home was as advertised and truly met all of our expectations. The beds were comfy, pool was clean and warm, the kitchen had everything you can think of and they even took time to leave us a little basket of goodies. We decided to drive to the beach since we had little kids with us and my husband broke his foot before our trip but you could easily ride one of the 6 bikes or walk and pull their cart with chairs. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Publix is across Atlantic. It’s about. 2-3 minute drive to the beach and probably a 7-10 minute walk. As someone who comes to this area every year, this has been our favorite place to stay!
