Die Lage ist super! Nur in wenigen Schritten ist man am Wunderschönen langen und breiten Sandstrand. Schöner wie der Strand am Miami Beach und lange nicht so überlaufen. Das Fishing Pier ist auch einzigartig. Rauslaufen und genießen! Restaurants und Bars in fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut eingerichtet. Es hatte Platz für 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7, 14, 16 Jahre) Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal freundliche. Der Pool klein, aber wir hatten ihn meistens für uns alleine. Würden wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen.

Parking is awful, $24 per night to park in the garage and we had such a difficult time with exiting. That’s the only bad thing I have to say. Customer service was excellent. Maria was exceptional. She made certain my stay was nothing less than special, she even upgraded me and I don’t even know why lol, but greatly appreciate d it. The hotel offers free breakfast from 6-0am, but I didn’t take advantage of it. All in all my stay was perfect!

The room had lots of space to put your things and store luggage. Area had lots of restaurants and spots to go to. Beach was very nice and close. Not overcrowded.

Lots of issues with this hotel. First, my finance and I called in at 10am asking if we could have an early check in since our plane was arriving at noon. They that wouldn’t be an issue and texted my phone number at 11:34 saying the room was ready. That was a lie. We got to the property at 1:30 and was told our room was in fact not ready and wouldn’t be ready for 15 or minutes. 15 minutes go by and it’s another 30 which follow us not getting into our room until 3:30, 30 minutes past even the normal check in time of 3. They had us wait in the lobby for 2 hours when we could have just went to the beach or a restaurant had we known we would wait that long. Second, because the check in process was such a *process* the front desk lady told us she was upgrading our room to “something nicer and bigger”. Well that nicer and bigger room ended up being the same exact room we paid extra for already, no upgrades. Don’t expect upgrades if you’re waiting 2 hours past check in. Third, we were also offered drink tickets and a free app at a nearby restaurant because of said wait, well the free drinks aren’t accepted at the rooftop bar. The room itself was nice, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The pool was nice and heated but the jacuzzi was broken the entire stay and after talking to staff, it seems it’s always broken even though “engineers” are called to fix it everyday(really?). Overall I would avoid here. Only a small amount of the bad and I couldn’t even get into the food poisoning.

So close to the beach! Could hear the waves of the ocean from the rooftop bar and my balcony. Great breakfast and they even had chairs and umbrellas to use or to rent. Big plus! All staff super friendly and helpful

Room not ready at check in time so we went and had dinner came back to a decent room but sofa bed had no linen or pillows. Sadly it hadn’t been cleaned recently either because it was full of sand and crumbs.

Great location and the hotel overall is in great condition. The only problem was with housekeeping not cleaning or restocking the rooms. Always had to call them to come empty the garage, get fresh towels etc. The rooms are showing wear which is a shame because the hotel is fairly new. Our toilet was rocky and the glass fell of the track in the shower. Thank god nothing happened.

There were alot of amenities. We didn’t have wash clothes or complimentary bottled water in our room. The soap dispenser was empty in the shower. Breakfast was only average. We didn’t complain. We were only there for the weekend. So, we just made do.

Close to the beach
Location was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Hot tub was broken during our stay which I had read in previous reviews that it’s been broken for a while. Pool was advertised as heated and was definitely not. Front desk staff were not friendly and it made me question whether or not some of staff should be working in hospitality.
