Zimmer und Ausblick waren sehr schön, Personal war freundlich. Alles andere war enttäuschend. Parken überzogen teuer, zusätzlich wird eine Resortfee von 30$ Tax erhoben. Dafür bekommt man Poolhandtücher und Wlan. Von den 30$ kann man 20$ zum konsumieren nutzen. Klingt viel, ist es aber nicht. 100$ haben bei uns (2 Personen) für 1x Frühstücken und 2 Cocktails gereicht. Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert, hatte das Joghurt Parfait, mit ganzen 5 Blauberen. Mein Freund ein Avacado Toast. Das waren dann schon fast 50$

The hotel was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our 1 night stay. The main reason for the poor review was that we were charged $90 on our credit card for no apparent reason. The hotel was unable to tell us the reason for the charge or reverse it. We had to try sorting it out through our credit card. Overall frustrating experience.

The posting for this property is grossly misstated. There is an additional hidden $30 charger per night that can’t be waived. Parking is an additional $50 per night. And there is a falsely advertised EV charging. Will never stay again.

Out of Conditioner for the 1st night. this hotel does not have wheel chairs for guests - all other hotels I have been at, offer wheel chairs for their guest. 2nd night - desk help didn't put us in a room that was less to walk to. I have a disability, and h ad a terrible time getting to our room. The desk attendant said she gave us a room close to the elevator - but we were on the first floor, far away from the front area. Very long walk. We asked for a view of the inner coastal area - our view was the side of a big boat. where people were walking side to side, seeing right into our room. This was not a view at all! It remained there the next morning as well. Very disapointed!

Our stay was awful! We did not get the room we originally booked with a king size bed. They gave us a double bed room with two small beds. My husband and I couldn’t eve sleep together in the same bed. Everything was falling apart in the room. The room was horrible especially for the price we paid. The lock on the door was starting to fall off. We would not consider staying there again.

This was out second night here. Our first night was a mess, and I wrote a review reflecting that. Things began to get better last night with the service received after our calls and visit to the front desk concerning our overflowing toilet issue we had a chat with kevin at the front desk this morning. Kevin cared. He took time to listen, take notes, most of all offer a sincere apology. He wiped out our extra fees, gave us honors credits, and moved us to a much more appropriate room. This night was night and day different from yesterday, and we are grateful

Wow, where do I start. How about the advertised rate of $175 per night that is actually about $300 per night after fees, including your choice of a $50/day valet fee or $46/ day to park your own car. Then there's the "marina view" I will submit a picture if possible we are on the second floor overlooking the pool. If I go out on the balcony, and bend over, i can see the marina. In the marina are 4 yachts with party people making as much noise as they like. Management can't do anything because it's not their property. The staff will happily answer questions, and get you things if you ask them, but do not offer helpful information on things like how to get to your room, where you can use your $20 food credit that comes out of your $30 resort fee, where to get the beach towels that the resort fee also includes any details about the beach shuttle service or valet service. In fact we were told valet was $50, front desk had to clarify it was $50 per day. The front desk person mis spoke causing alarm and just rolled right through as though he never made the mistake. All in all a disappointing experience. I can not believe it bears the Hilton name.

We were promised free parking, didn't get that. Parking $44. per night. We were promised free breakfast, didn't get it. Breakfast $37. per person. Promised a free welcome in drink, didn't get it. When we showed the Hilton check in person, in writing, we were told that was Expedia's fault. Hilton said they were sorry for the miss leading information and would waive the resort fee. Didn't get it!

I booked my room and was told there would be a few (small) perks. I received an email TWO days before check in that the free breakfast and welcome drink that came with my room booking would NOT be honored. I was told the hotel apologized for any inconvenience, and they would waive the resort fee (of $30). I checked in bc it was too late to change hotels, and they not only put my in a lousy room, but also "could not find the message that indicated my resort fee would be waived". I'll NEVER stay her again. On the up side, folks were at least friendly, so that's a plus.

Although it was resolved rather quickly by staff, I was charged twice for the night after the room had already been paid for through Expedia. I would recommend paying with a card that has a minimal balance on it to avoid this issue. It took 2 weeks to get the credit to my card.

The staff came in to the room the next day and fixed the beds leaving everything else dirty. Did not clean the bathroom either. Cockroach’s were seen in the bathroom and the hotel charged me $200 after leaving the hotel for no reason. Tried calling their customer service number but can never get to talk to anyone. Shower had hair in it when we arrived. No glasses in room- just a cardboard coffee cup. Safe did not work. Chairs around pool were falling apart and slow to no service for drinks and food. Shame Hilton.

So loud and bright. Had to leave curtains closed at all times with lights shining up and in my room. Specifically not safe for a single female traveler. Was also not appointed my room that I reserved. That unsettling feeling of I got ripped off royally. Loud loud, can hear every word and conversation from everyone at the marina. Had 7 days of fantastic top notch travel and my last night where I just needed to relax and sleep is the exact opposite. Bathroom looks like a red roof Inn. Very very disappointed

The front desk service was always amazing, friendly and helpful. They made a bad day great once we got to the hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay this time at your facility. My first stay with you was amazing, we were on the 11th floor overlooking the Marina a beautiful view. I booked this visit and I specifically asked if I could please have the same as I did before. I did not receive a response. I sent another message asking for a room on the highest level in preparation of my visit, no response. I am a Hilton Honor member. When I checked in I was surprised to learn that my room was off in the distance, in the old building I'm guessing, third floor, last room on the right. No where near friends nor in the same building. The small balcony view was of the parking lot and the staircase. I booked this a year in advance. I'm disappointed no one responded or acknowledged my request not once but twice.

Dining options were limited. They were overbooked so we did not get the room we were supposed but the staff made up for it. A blood stain on the bed was disturbing and it took until after midnight before they could remedy it. The view to the marina was great. And its a very short walk to the water taxi
