Terrible is a word that is not enough to describe my family experience nor mine. It was not humane. I booked 3 bedrooms for 4 nights. No customer service during late night. No one pick up the phone. Employees are well trained with the "Im sorry culture!"
Bedrooms are dirty, dusty, non functional appliances, no kitchen utensils in bedroom (You have to ask them and pick them up at lobby when they are available.
Need pillows and clean towels and blankets??? Sorry, no pillows available according to employees.
Sorry, you have to bring dirty towels to the lobbyif you want clean towels.
Sorry, Urgent line for emergencies is not available, they never picked up.
Keys deactivate themselves and I had to go every single day to activate them.
I spent 3 hrs in my car at 2am because my husband was sleeping and i had no key. So I went to the lobby to get another key, but no one solved the issue.
I slept in my car!!!!!
Dont stay here. I'll file a formal complaint with their corporate offices.
