The noise from the mechanicals in the building were very loud and it was the first hotel I have stayed in that gives you ear plugs in your room. The room cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 9:00am to get me to check out when check out is at 11:00am

Hotel was nice and modern. Room was clean and smelt good . Went to take a shower and no hot water . Also the front staff was not very accommodating . Only way to park was to valet. The bar upstairs was closed and opened at 9pm due to a hewish holiday .

I purchase a 2 beds bedroom and they gave me one bed. Making the stay terrible since we needed separate beds. They gave us the last room in the corner which was right next to a huge AC machinery that made extremely loud noises since it was cooling the entire floor. I didn’t sleep all night. Ruin my entire next day since I couldn’t function. We check in very late closer to midnight. Making it impossible for us to cancel and find another hotel. I was exhausted to deal with this issues. The hotel offer I let me cancel and obviously that was not an option for us that late at night.

I have never been to a Hotel that did not have a street entrance to its property. I scheduled two "assessable rooms. There were no safety wall bars in the showers, The door to the bathroom was way too heavy to be opened by a wheelchair bound person. The beds were too low to exit by a limited mobile person. No lights could be controlled while lying in the bed {safety issue}. This was to least functional room for a mobile limited guest that I have ever paid for. I do not believe that it meets the standard for that type room.The toilet seat was loose and I had to fix it so that one didn't slide off.

Roof top lounge was amazing and their Staff were very Professional. The bartenders were great as well as the servers. Thursday night with a DJ by the pool was awesome with great views of the Hard Rock Cafe Guitar Hotel & Casino.

Clean and great approximation to hard rock. Lot of noise in room. Cost 50 extra to check in early for a below average room close to elevators and boiler room. Found shard of glass in pool and almost stepped on it. They had very large speakers behind the chairs we were sitting in at the pool and turned them up very loud this was at noon. Went to front desk for more coffee and they only had decaf. No other solution offered. Will never go back. Low class service.

This property's site says the Restaurant is Kosher. I do not follow this tradition, but think... that means the food is clean. They DO NOT mention that the restaurant and bar is closed from sundown Friday until 8:30pm Saturday. When I arrived after a full day of travel, hungry and wanting to relax on the nice pool-side roof deck with a cocktail and food, I learn that they are closed for 3 more hours. My only quick option was a McDonalds. Luckily the bell-staff suggested in go upstairs and relax and change and then the van shuttled me to the Hard Rock close by. I lived, but feel deceived by the management with not disclosing this material fact. Although the room is very clean, the hotel design is very cheaply done and the engineering for the AC system is terrible. Sounds like a plane landing in your room, and noises from other rooms come right through the venting. I will not return. Better to pay more at the Hard Rock if necessasry.

If you want to sleep at night, pick a different hotel. Thursday night the rooftop bar played extremely loud music til after 2am. We have a white noise machine, but even that coupled with ear plugs could NOT drown out the music. We called downstairs and nothing could be done. We were told the music would end at 2:30am. The bed is incredibly crappy. Needs replacing. Pillows are nice. The bathroom is beautiful but the shower didn’t drain our first night. Maintenance fixed it the next day. Bathroom has a funky wet dog smell that made it pretty unbearable to be in. Nice towels. Rain shower is pretty but don’t expect much in terms of pressure. Overall, wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. I read reviews prior to booking and this seems to be the general consensus. I attended a concert across the street at Hard Rock and the convenience made it worth the risk. This place has a lot of potential. Sadly, just doesn’t make the cut at this time.

We stayed overnight for the Don Omar concert. After coming from the concert we wanted to go to the rooftop pool and they were charging us $25 per person because they were having a private event (no one told us about it) we weren’t able to use the amenities. Our toilet would make gargling noise when you flushed and you couldn’t wash you hands and shower at the same time since the shower started to overflow and brown stuff came up from the drain. We also, had housekeeping opening our door at 8am we told them not to come in and she came back at 8:30am but knocked this time. Glad we were only there for 1 night.

The property is very clean, looks new. It’s conveniently located across the Hard Rock, and they offer a shuttle service that takes you there. There’s a Colombian restaurant within walking distance that is delicious!
