Guest access Guest have access to their private 1 bedroom apartment. They also have access to one parking spot in front of the building, access to the communal patio area and shared Washer & Dryers. Other things to note This apartment is located within a 5 unit complex. All units are rented for vacation and we kindly ask all guests to please be respectful of each other to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 people. There is only one parking per apartment allowed in front of the building. There are smoke detectors, noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property for your security. - Before arrival the guest must sign an online "check-in" form with all of the terms and conditions of the house. An ID & credit card will be requested with this form and it is a must to check-in. Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly house, but if you have a service or support animal please make sure to let us know in advance since they are allowed to stay in the residence. - No loud noises from 10 PM to 8 ΑΜ. - Pest control services are done once a month. This service cannot be denied or rescheduled. In order to keep our apartments pest free, we must regularly treat the apartments.
