If you like low-touch and being left alone, this low-staff model works well. No front desk, no daily service, just a nice, clean, modern property with a lovely little studio room. If you need a concierge, bellman, and room service, this ain’t the place. If you’re self-sufficient and value peace and privacy, this is your spot.

Property is pretty well maintained, clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. Layout of the units is a bit confusing but staff is helpful and responsive when called for assistance. toiletries provided could’ve been better quality

C'est tres bien positionné, à 10 minutes de L’aéroport de Fort Lauderdale, il y a des épiceries pas trop loin en cas de besoin. L'appartement est sympa, parfait pour un couple, avec une piscine à l Extérieur. Seul petit bémol il n y a pas de reception en cas de besoin il faut communiquer par texte ou appeler le staff management pour un service on peut passer une bonne vingtaine se minutes à essayer de joindre un responsable au tel et ensuite dependemment de l'heur il vous sera demandé d'attendre jusqu'a demain. C'est ce qui m etais arrivé lorsque le climatiseur avait cessé de fonctionner. Mise à part çà je recommande.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property & our first experience we left a 5 star review. However, our 2nd stay at this property was a completely different experience! We stayed in the 2 story building from the 1 story building we stayed in last time. We found bugs on the pillows & dying roaches in the bathroom our first night. So the one story building seemed cleaner. My main concern was that someone entered our room our 3rd day. When we got back to our room our door was not only unlocked but cracked open. We text the property to inform them of what had happened TWICE & got no response. Our 3rd try we spoke to someone & she advised that we didnt close the door properly. After assuring them that our door was for sure closed & locked properly, they said they can send a “screenshot” showing their staff didn’t enter our room. When I asked them how can they screenshot an 8 hour window of when we were gone, they never responded. Even up until now, we don’t know if staff entered or a stranger, we haven’t heard from the hotel. For 2 nights, we didn’t sleep. We moved the dinner table in front of the door & stacked it with our belongings in case someone tried to enter again. We threw out all of our food & opened containers in case it was tampered with. Knowing that someone entered our room, we felt violated. The lack of concern from the company when we informed them we no longer feel safe on their property was highly disappointing. They lost loyal customers for good today.

We had a great time hanging at the pool chilaxn as much as we did exploring the area by foot and transportation. Pharmacy, groceries, shopping, ice cream, and coffee all close by.

Excellent location for shopping and dining, however it’s not a walking distance to the beach. If you want to spend the day at the beach prepare to pay for parking, chairs and an umbrella if you don’t bring your own. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has a bare minimum of utensils, pots, pans and dishes, not enough for someone who is planning to cook their meals. I had to be creative with how to squeeze garlic without garlic press and cut a pineapple without a cutting board. We got by, and would have been very happy with our stay if we haven’t received a message on our last day asking us to wash the dishes and take out the garbage. What a great way to finish a vacation! Drive around the town with garbage in your car looking for a dump. That is if you have a car, otherwise gotta do it by Uber

The property is nice and quiet. It rained while I stayed and though the walkways are tiled, it didn't feel overtly slippery. The door coding and relock mechanism, though my door had a delay when locking (and they do ask you to wait and ensure that it's done). Everything looked clean, but I would appreciated more curtains since my room overlooked the pool and didn't fully cover the windows. I did note a discoloured water spot in bathroom ceiling like upstairs may have or had a leak. If you have a thing against wildlife, there are some big lizards/ baby iguanad roaming around, but they were friendly enough. Otherwise great location, close to shopping and groceries. Loved that my unit had a full oven and fridge, which made it easy for me to cook. Appreciated the pots and utensils.

Honestly, I thought the property was going to be a standard go in and talk to someone at the front desk. Turns out you have to fill out a registration info sheet and then they correspond everything you need through text message, so I was a bit confused at first. (I'm a traditional type of vacationer/old or a combination of both...lol) I was pretty surprised overall because it was such a great little space. We really liked it, and it was super convenient to the cruise ship/bars and restaurants/food stores. This place is pretty cool. Pool area was nice, and our room was spacious enough for me and the wife. Thank you.

This place was perfect for us for the 3 nights we booked it. We didn’t want a whole condo, just a room, bathroom, and kitchenette. It’s off the beach so it’s more affordable, but very close still so you can bike or Uber to the beach and be there in no time. Place was super clean when we arrived. We didn’t use it but there was a nice pool area that others seemed to be enjoying. Communication was quick and steady, letting you know what you needed to in plenty of time. We will definitely stay here again.

Nous avons été déçu par notre réservation. Four qui fonctionne très mal. Piscine pas chauffée. J’ai dû partir 2 semaine plutôt parce que mon père est décédé subitement. J’ai demandé de reprendre mon hébergement durant mes prochaines vacances à l’été et on m’a seulement souhaité mes sympathies. Je voulais pas un remboursement mais profiter d’un autre séjour. Je pense qu’il aurait pu être accommodant. Grosse déception

This is a quaint south Florida boutique motel conversion, but it was not worth the price we paid. I can live with mold in the shower grout but our room and bathroom had multiple areas of mold on baseboards in the room and throughout the bathroom. We stayed one night so not worth complaining but if you’re staying longer you should probably at least be aware. Bed was a thin mattress with a plastic cover over it. Sheets kept coming off in the middle of the night and I’d wake up lying on the plastic.

The pool was clean, with tables and chairs around it. Room had hot plate, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Buses to beach close by. Large shopping area within walking distance. TV had CBC!

Ideally situated for us, easy walking to pubs, restaurants, groceries, beer, and even some tourist areas.. Free city transit just down the street. Not much shopping nearby. A worthwhile hotel choice for a reasonable price. A bit noisy with college kids, but not too bad.

We did not get the apartment we expected.it was completely different. It was missing kitchen stuff, unfinished windows very dirty, unable to open any window, no outdoor place to sit ,apartment was upstairs 16 steps, we are unable to walk up . Needed help.. lost power. Box was hidden behind a picture ! Had to ask for things . TV situation was foreign to us ! Basically a nightmare! The pool was nice & warm

Would not waste your money staying here. Our toilet did not work and when we called it in they told us that maintenance could come the following day. I had to squat in a trashcan to go to the bathroom and when I told management this, they apologized but refused any kind of refund. Some people do not belong in customer service - as I would have treated the situation so differently. Anyway, no chance we would spend another penny w Lowkl properties.

this is the second time we've stayed at this property. it has not disappointed. great location for activities and to see our friends in the area. The one thing that made we curious was we received a text saying someone would come in to our room between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm to spray for pests. we were not there during that time, but there was no indication that someone had been there. im not sure why that was necessary but the stay overall was great. Thank you!

A shack with a shower.
I traditionally do not to leave undesirable reviews. However, this place need major update to be considered a vacation spot away from home. I could feel the springs in my back from the mattress. The decor was similar to that of a vacant home. The manager was responsive via text. However I did not have a number to contact anyone. I was refunded my days that I canceled.
