Located just one short block from beautiful Pompano Beach, this newly built luxury townhome — completed in late 2022 — offers the perfect setting for your South Florida getaway. Enjoy a quick 2-minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, this spacious home features bright sun-filled interiors, modern designer furnishings, and upscale finishes throughout. With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy their stay.

The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy your private heated pool*, lounge in the Florida sun, or head up to the rooftop deck featuring a Jacuzzi, fire pit, comfortable seating, and beautiful views of both the bay and the beach.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including complimentary Wi-Fi, parking for up to 2 vehicles, coffee maker, shared washer and dryer, rooftop lounge, hot tub, and pool area.

The home is located in Pompano Beach’s lively beachside neighborhood, known for its mix of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, parks, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, Indian Mound Park, and the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. The area is easy to explore by car, bike, or on foot.

Additional Information:

* Standard security deposit: $1000. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.
* 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit
* An additional $1000 security deposit may apply for local residents or last-minute bookings (made within 7 days of your check in)
* Security Deposits can`t be paid with a Credit Card.
* Pool heating is available for an additional fee
* Due to operational limitations of external pool heaters, pool heating may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F
* Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

We have two identical end units. Because they are completely identical in layout, decor, and amenities, our system will automatically assign you to the one that is open for your dates. Whichever one you get, you’ll be getting the exact experience shown in our photos with your own private pool!

The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
