Our tastefully designed home is centrally located in West Ft. Lauderdale. We are located 5 minutes from Seminole Hard Rock Casino, 7 minutes from Nova and Broward College and just 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Beach/Las Olas. When not out exploring South Florida, you can enjoy our sprawling backyard with an oversized pool and BBQ Grill. Staying home? Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and cable TV in our living room. Our home is your home away from home!

Inside:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a tastefully decorated home. The open layout brings you to our living room and kitchen, with a designated dining space and extra sitting area. Our 4 bedroom, 2 loath home will ensure the family can spread out and enjoy the space together or individually.
With a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen you'll feel like you have all the conveniences of home!

Outside:
Our sprawling backyard has a large pool, shaded patio seating and a BBQ grill for those warm sunny days. You'll find something for everyone in our tropical and spacious backyard.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Please treat our home with respect. We value being good neighbors and will not tolerate parties or excessive noise. Complaints of parties or noise violations will result in a forfeit of your reservation with no refund.

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
