Beste & schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise!
Nachdem wir auf unserer Hinreise nach Florida unseren Anschlussflug verpasst hatten, habe ich per Chat über Google Kontakt zur Unterkunft aufgenommen. Es antwortete mir Emre, der wie sich später herausstellte, Inhaber und exzellenter Gastgeber dieses kleinen aber feinen Ferienresorts ist. Er reagierte sehr nett und verständnisvoll auf unsere missliche Lage, versprach uns unser Zimmer freizuhalten, sodass wir entspannt mit einem Tag Verspätung im Hotel eintrafen. Doch damit noch nicht genug: Emre verzichtete auf die Berechnung der nicht genutzten Nacht und gab uns sogar noch ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer! Das Zimmer war wirklich wunderschön, hell und modern eingerichtet mit einer voll ausgestatten Küche und einem sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbett. Wie sich später herausstellte, war dies das beste Bett, was wir in 17 Tagen Florida hatten, nirgendwo haben wir besser geschlafen :) Frühstück wird zwar nicht angeboten, was aber durch die Küche im Zimmer kein Problem ist. Im Gegenteil: Im Nachhinein waren wir sehr froh, dass wir hier mal selbst kochen konnten! Ansonsten hat dieses familiengeführte Ferienresort alles was man zum relaxen braucht. Kostenloses Parken und WLAN sind selbstverständlich. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar nur eine Straße entfernt. Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme kann man kostenlos bei der Rezeption leihen. Wir sagen Danke für die Gastfreundschaft von Emre & seinem Team und die tolle Zeit, die wir im Resort erleben durften. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Our host, Emre, was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and even upgraded our accommodation! Everything you need for beach is there (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, water!) Quick 1 block walk to beach. Everything in room is clean, upgraded, and bed was very comfortable! Awesome place! We'll be back!!

The staff was amazing. Clean, well maintained. Large rooms that had a fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely vacation there again!

It is a small and modest property. I was very pleased with the cleanness of my room. The staff is very attentive to the guests. Very personable! As a bonus trait: They really care! forgot my work planner in the room. I was going out of mind. It had been a few days and when I called the hotel, they offered to mail it to me. That made me even happier about my stay at Ashley’s! So grateful!! I hope to stay there again!

Nice little Motel. Rooms have kitchen and large refrigerator. Nothing fancy but could spend a couple of weeks here. Met at front desk, was early but they made sure I could drop my bag in room and gave me a key.

You won't be disappointed
The place and people are amazing. The check in was easy. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Me and my wife were are on our anniversary getaway and they helped to make it very memorable. We got to meet some very nice people on site that made us feel right at home. The property is a short walk to the beach and plenty of other things to do. Wish we were here for another day but we will definitely come back again.

A Hidden Gem
Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside the hotel appeared as I expected for a very moderately priced hotel. But once I got into room I was very happily surprised. The room was clean, remodeled nicely (other than ceiling) and had everything and more in it -comfortable bed and pillows, tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a recliner to watch tv. The towels were surprisingly plush and wonderful. All in all my 4 night stay was a wonderful surprise. Emre, the proprietor was most welcoming and ready to respond to any issues, but there were none. Highly recommend .

We had a wonderful time staying here. The ladies that were onsite were very nice, the room was updated and clean, and we enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. While the hotel is not on the beach, it is a very easy walk to the nearby beach access and path connecting to the boardwalk. Also, the parking lot is convenient to the rooms so it was easy to load/unload kid gear from the car. Next time we plan a trip to the area, we will stay again!

We checked in to this property in early April and had two rooms. The host was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy, and rates were exactly what we saw online, no surprises. Rooms are spacious and kitchens include stove, oven, full fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were able to cook a holiday meal and bake a dessert here too! Our host Emre also offered plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, even a beach cart to carry everything to the beach a short walk away. He also supplies pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. My family particularly enjoyed the cats that live nearby! Overall this was a great place to stay and we will be back again when we are in the area.

Can’t wait to go back!
I love this place! The owners were so helpful - my flight was delayed and I got in very late. They were super communicative and literally had the light on for me. Very quaint little old Florida motel on the exterior - updated cute and comfy inside the room.

Perfect Beach Retreat
There were many great reviews for this place and they were all well deserved. It's perfect for a beach holiday - Super clean, well appointed and modern room #3, a nice, clean pool and only 1 block from a beautiful beach. But what made it an excellent choice was Emory (Emery?) and the friendliness of several of the long term residents. I felt like I was home, but without the gloomy weather!

The Ashley Brooke was extremely clean and comfortable. We were supplied with more amenities and products than we actually even required. The pool was wonderful and the beach being just across the street was so convenient; the beach towels and chairs provided were exceptional. Emery was a fantastic host! We will definitely plan to return to the Ashley Brooke any time we stay in that east coast area of Florida!!!

We had a great time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel had beach towels and beach chairs to use at your leisure. When we needed a beach break, we layed and swam at the pool. An easy 12 minute walk along the beach to amazing restaurants, id recommend JBs. Our flight was delayed and the owner stayed up late to ensure we were able to check into our room. Great service, wed love to return.

The room was large, with full cooking facilities, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was well maintained. Easy access to A1A and close to lighthouse, cafes and shops, 2 minute walk to the beach and board wslk

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ashley Brooke and wont be the last! The rooms are so nice and beautifully updated with everything you could ever need. Emre treats everyone like family and felt like we were staying with a friend! Our girls loved the pool and all the toys to choose from! Easy walk to the beach! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip! Thanks for everything!
