➤ Please note: The RIGHT SIDE UNIT of the duplex is off-limits to guests. Aside from that, guests will have exclusive access to the LEFT SIDE UNIT and all its indoor and outdoor amenities, including the private pool, patio, BBQ, fire pit, billiards room, and ping-pong table.



➤ Parking: Complimentary driveway parking is available. No street parking is permitted.

➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
