The Surf House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale- 2 Queen beds, free wifi, parking for up to 2 cars, private neighborhood dock access, sleeps 4 in beds. Guests have access to the entire home. However, there is a locked owner closet in the common area. This is strictly off-limits and guests are not allowed access.

Middle River Terrace is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, steps away from Middle River water access and just a few blocks from the vibrant Wilton Manors.

IMPORTANT: Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance with the following:
-Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.
-No on-street parking/ 2 car maximum
-Absolutely no so smoking inside
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy

-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured
