This is the top level of a duplex so please keep in mind there may be guests below you and the homeowners may be staying in the upstairs mother-in-law suite so the door at the top of the stairs will remain locked. They will have a separate entrance around the back of the home.

Parking: Driveway shared with the upstairs unit and plenty of room for everyone.

Courtyard: Freshly landscaped with rocks surrounding a grassy oval tucked back on the property for privacy
