Unfriendly staff, lack of customer service, both times, i called with questions, before driving over 2hrs to be told a different story. And same outcome when i arrived. The website for the same motel /address, it states payment information and wouldn't you know CASH is one of the acceptable payments, get here to check in and nope can't take cash, then asked about preload credit card, not allowed, 2 different cards, nope only one can be used it has to be the one used for reservation. So guess i wonder why these are not acceptable yet you have it listed on general info, and yet ill still be charged for the room and had to scramble around to find somewhere else.
Quality business you all have, great unprofessional, rude front staff. We will never attempt to stay here again. And I will also share this experience with others who also stay together
