First time we’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. All was fine with one exception: Upon entering our assigned room we observed a couple of things that led us to believe that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The front desk assigned us to another room, and all was well.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the pillows. Breakfast choices were scrambled eggs, bacon (yum), biscuits and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, delicious cinnamon rolls and more. Good coffee too. The staff was very kind and interested in providing me good service.

Host at front desk was rude when I asked about a government discount because I am a teacher. I tried to contact the hotel directly but I was cut off multiple times, so I booked through a 3rd party and then was not able to get a discount. She said my credit card information was already taken and when I explained that I had tried to call ahead to book through the hotel, she said they were too busy to take calls. She was not nice about it.

Was sorry to hear about your exsperience and about our phone issues.We been trying to get them fixed but so far no luck.They hopefully today find the issues, but the desk clerk is one i will talk to about her attitude and thank you for letting us know .We do appreciate you and the feedback.

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.The only complaint I have is that no one knew the allergen list for the breakfast food so we were limited on breakfast items for my daughter. I couldn’t find the allergen list online for the hotel, either.

Overbooked our king bed room. When we went to assigned room, it was already occupied. Went back to desk to get another abs was told they were out of king bed rooms. They offered no options but take it or leave it.
