The staff were really lovely and friendly. It was easy to navigate allergens on the menu. The room was clean. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was lovely.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

Second time staying in this property, but the experience was very different this time. Property was on 8th floor at side of building, so the view was of the building next door and the stadium. View was OK, flat was spacious. When booking there is no choice or indication of which flat you will get, so I would not stay here again. Many issues, some of which were resolved during the stay, some of which were not. Don't expect to be able to cook in this flat. The kitchen lacked a full set of cutlery, there was one tumbler, no kitchen knives, no tea towel, no oven gloves. Multiple requests got me a teatowel and some cutlery, but the glasses and kitchen knives never arrived. The property was not clean. There was cutlery left in the dishwasher that was encrusted with dirt, the dishwasher was not clean - looks like it had been there for a while due to the bad smell. Dishwasher was cleaned during my stay after I complained (twice). Other rubbish included dirty tissues and a used hairbrush under the bed which I found when the bedroom started to smell bad. The throw on the sofa was dirty and stained, so I had to put it through the washing machine. The curtain rail ni the bedroom was broken (notified but not fixed) and the panel above the oven was broken and fell on the floor. You will need to buy toilet roll, they provided one roll per week.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.
