Welcome to your Folly Beach haven, Pier Point C201! Stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2nd floor condo boasts mesmerizing ocean views, private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable amenities that will have you wanting to return every year. Walk across the street to the public beach access, and only 1.5 blocks to shops and restaurants, as well as the Folly Beach Pier. Previously owner occupied and new to the rental market for 2024!

The bright, updated living area has a comfortable sofa, cozy armchairs, and large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony porch where you can take in views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Folly Beach Pier, and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Curl up with a good book or sip some coffee while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the soothing sounds of nearby waves.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting stainless steel appliances, small appliances, serveware, cookware, and utensils. Whip up fresh seafood dishes, beach picnic spreads, or delicious meals to enjoy on the balcony. Dine together at the kitchen breakfast bar and dining table.

Retreat to one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding, TV, and access to it's own bathroom for ultimate privacy. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, and garden tub. The 2nd bedroom features a full-sized bed and private, full bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a single over double bunk bed and a twin trundle; perfect for the kids! Access the 3rd full bathroom with a tub/shower via bedroom 3 or the hallway. High-quality linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Stacked washing mashing/dryer is found in the hall closet.

Just 1.5 blocks away, it's an easy walk to stroll through local shops, markets,* and have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants. Walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photos. Only about a 20-minute drive away, downtown Charleston offers historic, cuisine, and ghost tours, world-class dining, boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!
* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

Parking spots labeled for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Ride shares can be scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Other amenities include washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. Bikes, beach chairs, and additional towels included! This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. No pool access. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Very clean

Loud, disrespectful neighbors yelling at people from the balcony, arguing, banging on doors. Kept us up all night. We complained to mgmt and were told to call the police. Could hear every noise of tenants walking in apt above us and opening and closing balcony door. Place was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Wouldn’t really call it an “ocean view” it was across the street, partially obstructed by another condo with clear view of construction site and a parking lot. Liked that we were able to walk to shops and restaurants

Great stay

This was a great property. Plenty of space for everyone, nice view of the beach from the balcony, and easy access to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Our only issue was the a/c wasn't working properly. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Folly.

Perfect Location

The location of the property was excellent. It was situated in an area that is close to restaurants, shops, and beach access. This convenience made exploring Folly Beach very easy and enjoyable. The unit was just as it was advertised. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the rental was quite low. Using the faucets in the kitchen was somewhat frustrating due to this issue. There is also some construction at the condo unit located near and the noise was quite disruptive, especially while trying to relax at the beach. I realize that the owner of this unit does not have control over the construction and it did not impact the overall scoring. They were starting to remove some of the scaffolding so it appears that the construction should not last much longer.

Wonderful condo for a family reunion

We needed 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a larger kitchen for a family reunion, and this condo was perfect. Everything was as described in the listing, and the beds and linens were comfortable. The property manager was responsive to our questions, which seems to be rare. The beach is viewable from the covered porch and walkable. We enjoyed some seafood restaurants and bars in the Folly Beach area. We would definitely recommend this unit to a family in need of more bathrooms.

Great Location

The property had plenty of room and was very clean with everything we needed. The location has a beautiful beach view and just a very short walk to the beach or town. The he drive to Charleston was quick and easy too.

Awesome location, comfortable, all you need!

Great stay at this terrific condo located one block from beach. Can’t get any easier to access beach. Elevator available for beach carts. Then cross street and walk down public beach ramp (again great for beach carts) and you are there. We stayed there with my two kids 10 and 7 and my 74 year old father. Three bedrooms and three baths were perfect so everyone had their own space.
