This is a true studio: one bright room, up one flight of stairs. It is cozy on purpose. If you want to spend your days on the beach and your evenings on the deck, this is the one. If you want room to spread out, our two-bedroom apartments in the same building are a better fit.

SLEEPING One queen bed. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, air conditioning and heat. Sleeps 2.

KITCHEN A small full kitchen with new granite countertops: cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker with K-cups to get you started, pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses. Counter space is tight and there is no dishwasher. It is built for breakfast and easy dinners, not a holiday feast.

BATHROOM Compact, and smaller than it can look in photos. A tub with shower, freshened up in 2026 with a new sink and new flooring. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and towels are provided.

LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are inside the studio, yours alone. Handy for a week, and what makes a month easy.

YOUR DECK A private side deck with a table for two and a view of the ocean through a big southern oak and the palms. Morning coffee, evening drinks, and the best seat in the house for sunrise.

THE BEACH Walk out the door, cross the street, and you are on the beach access path. About a minute to the sand. No boardwalks, no dune crossings, no driving to a lot. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are here for you, and there is an outdoor shower and foot wash at the base of the steps.

OFF SEASON Fall through early spring is the quiet Folly most visitors never see: empty beach, warm afternoons, and Center Street restaurants without the wait. The studio is well heated, the deck gets used in January, and weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically.
