“Captain`s Quarters” at Pirates Perch!

Spend your Folly Beach vacation in this newly remodeled space only 1 block from all the fun on Center Street and just 2 blocks to the beach and the famous Folly Pier. Not to mention, you will also have the convenience of Bert`s Market just a half block from the front door. You cannot find a better location for all things Folly!

This is a lower unit in the back of a triplex property. Unit C has one (1) parking space in front. This is a special space on the property with the only private covered porch and fenced in yard.

The unit has been remodeled with new flooring and furnishings throughout the entire place. Two bedrooms, one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 includes a new King bed, with all new linens, bedding and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 contains new QUEEN BUNK BEDS, new bedding and linens, full dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and a coffee maker. Living room features a brand new couch, dining table and TV for all to enjoy. Every TV in the apartment has built in cable via the Xfinity app on a Roku platform. Other apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. will be also be available to login and enjoy.

We provide four beach towels, two beach chairs and a beach mat for your convenience during your stay. There is also a charcoal grill on site, however we do not provide the charcoal.

This is a legal and licensed short term rental. Folly Beach registration number STR20-00546.

Your host is available by message or phone during your stay and in person for any emergencies or supply needs during a long stay.

Just steps away out of the apartment to the right, up E. Cooper Ave, you`ll run into the local coffee shop and bakery. Then up and down Center St. to the left and right, you`ll find all of the restaurants/ bars and beach shops. Then the Folly Pier is only a block up.

Walking out of the rental to the left about 50 ft is the local liquor store, Bert’s Market (open 24 hrs) and the eclectic local taco spot, Chico Feo. Then just another half block up is the Atlantic ocean!

You can walk pretty much anywhere on the island. Golf cart and bicycles rentals are available as well. If you don’t have a vehicle, Lyft & Uber can take you to Downtown Charleston and other Charleston area sites.
