The Space
With approximately 1,620 square feet, Atlantic Breeze offers plenty of room for families and friends to relax. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 6, and two separate living rooms, each with its own Smart TV and ceiling fan. Whether you want to watch different shows, enjoy a quiet evening, or simply spread out, the additional living space makes this condo especially comfortable for families.
The 27-foot private balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with unobstructed panoramic beach views. Enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing in the colorful balcony chairs as you watch the waves.
The oceanfront primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.

Contactless Check-In: A keyless entry code will be provided before your arrival.
Parking: Two free parking spaces are available with parking passes. Per HOA guidelines, RVs, golf carts, and other recreational vehicles may not park on the property.
Pools: The community pools are generally open April through October. Exact dates may vary depending on weather.
Grills: Grills are not permitted, and there is no on-site community grill.
Elevators: Two elevators are available. MyOceanRental manages the condo but does not manage building maintenance, including the elevators. Elevator availability does not mean the property is ADA-compliant.
Beach Equipment: Beach equipment is not provided, but guests may use anything available at the property.
Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests at any time during your stay.
Pets: No pets are allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA. They are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as "pets considered" and prior written approval is provided by our office.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the condo.
Events: House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: The Folly Beach noise ordinance is generally enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Quiet hours near Downtown Folly Beach may extend to 11 PM on weekends.
Location: Approximately 12 miles from Downtown Charleston and 22 miles from Charleston International Airport.

This property is located in a quiet residential community near Downtown Folly Beach. The city has a strict one-strike noise ordinance, so please respect neighbors and keep noise levels down.
To help maintain a peaceful environment, MyOceanRental uses NoiseAware noise sensors. These devices measure decibel levels only and do not listen to or record conversations. If noise exceeds the legal limit, you will receive a friendly text reminder to lower the volume. Violations may result in fines and could affect the homeowner's rental license.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported, MyOceanRental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate immediately without a refund.
