The community Boat launch is just down the road for smaller craft, then park the boat on your private pier (there is NO boat lift at this property. Larger boats must launch at Nolte's Creek Marina Apx. 2 miles).

Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Over Full Size Bunk Beds for the kiddos. The Guest Bedrooms share the full bathroom just off the living area with a Jetted Tub/ Shower Combo. Both Kitchens are fully equipped to conquer all meals. Plus, each side of the home has a full-size washer and dryer as well! This Will Be The Perfect Home For Years To Come!!
