The kitchen is quaint, but contains all of the amenities you'll need to feel at home during your stay or fuel up for a day of exploring the High Country.

In the evening, the oversized sofas are the perfect spot for lounging in front of the gas fireplace, reading a favorite book or playing board games. When it's time for bed, the loft where a king sized bed and twin bed are covered in cozy linens for a good night's rest.

The Humble Hummingbird is located in the popular community of Fleetwood. It's the ideal location for exploring the high country and just minutes to West Jefferson, Boone and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Spend the day shopping and dining in West Jefferson where antique stores, art galleries and the iconic Ashe County Cheese Factory provide plenty of opportunities to find the perfect souvenir. Or, enjoy a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to explore the popular towns of Boone and Blowing Rock.

The cabin also offers easy access to the New River. The New River State Park Elk Shoals access point has a beach and is the perfect spot to launch a kayak or inner tube and float down the river.

A Frame of Mind and Stonewood cabins are also located in Fleetwood, providing a convenient location for group bookings.
