Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage for convenient parking. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock on the front door—no keys to keep track of. During the summer months, additional seasonal street parking is available.

While this is outside of our control, we want to be transparent so guests can plan accordingly. The homes are well insulated, and we do not have a history of guest complaints related to construction noise. However, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for any noise or activity resulting from nearby development.
Getting Around:
The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking.
Interaction with Guests:
We’re happy to give our guests space but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app or by phone call between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Outside of those hours, we’ll respond as soon as possible the following morning.
