You'll often see "Chip and Dale" the two pointy eared squirrels running through the trees right outside the windows. There are trails all through the neighborhood for walking and running, with a park and playground for kids. Lake Mary Road is a few minutes away which takes you to Lake Mary and Mormon Lake. It's a great cycling and running route. The neighborhood is called Ponderosa Trails because of the many Ponderosa Pines and the extensive trail system. It's a lovely place to walk or run while enjoying the cool summers.
