Note: This is NOT a party house. Guest entry is monitored by exterior security cameras along with owner living nearby. If more people are observed at property than what is on the reservation, guest will be subject to additional $200 fee per person and/or termination of rental.
This is a PET FREE property. Pets brought without approval is subject to immediate rental termination and a $500 pet cleaning fee.
