Heart Trail Lookout Unit 2 BRAND NEW 2024 HOT TUB and “The Griz” Cold Plunge!

Located 5 minutes North of the Flagstaff mall sits Heart Trail Lookout Unit 2. This peaceful space provides comfort, tranquility, and easy access to local trails.

The home is situated near many amazing trails that are suitable for both hiking and mountain biking!

NAU: 9.7 miles (17 minute drive)
Snowbowl: 20 miles (35-40 minute drive)
Downtown Flag: 7.4 (14 minute drive)
Grand Canyon: 74 miles (1hr & 10 min drive)
Uptown Sedona: 36 miles (48 minute drive)


You will have full access to the 510 square foot unit two.

Since the home is a duplex, you will most likely meet/ see the guests staying in unit one. Unit two is it’s own private unit that is not shared with unit one

The hot tub/ cold plunge area is shared between both unit one and unit two.

We decided to upgrade our hot tub and made the switch to a brand new 2024 model! This ensures reliability, updated features, and improved performance overall! The new hot tub was delivered and installed on March 5th, 2024! The space is available to guests year round and 24/7!

Take a dip in our BRAND NEW Grizzly 450 cold plunge, which was installed on July 17th!! We like to call this monster of a cold plunge, “The Griz!” It’s a great way to ease sore muscles, increase dopamine levels, relieve pain and stress, and much more!
