Perfection

Great Location for the total Flagler Beach experience
Flagler Beach is a great destination. You better get there soon before commercial development and community growth change the easy going complexion of this getaway beach town. The neighboring bustling town of Palm Coast is fast encroaching on the quaint old town feel of Flagler Beach.

Cute little cottage with everything you need
The owner was fantastic to message with and very kind. The cottage was cute and came with everything you would need for your stay such as silverware and dishes, coffee pot, etc. it’s even cuter in person. The shower is small but it gets the job done. The beach is right across the street, plus it is located in the middle of the beach strip with plenty to do, including a bar a block down. Would definitely recommend if in the area and plan on coming back next time we are in Flagler Beach.

This place isn’t the Ritz but, if old Florida is what you are looking for, you will not want to leave! It was a great place for my wife and I and it is close to everything Flagler has to offer.

Great location but needs some TLC
I want to first say that the owner of this property was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns and was also a very nice individual to deal with. The location of the property is very close to the beach, restaurants and places to go within Flagler Beach. It's probably about 20-25 minutes to downtown Ormond and 45 minutes to downtown St Augustine. As far as to the unit itself, well, I was less than impressed and a bit grossed out. The property was not very clean and really made me uncomfortable. Entering and exiting the property was difficult due to the locks. The bathroom doesn't offer any comforts for a woman who wants to utilize hair or makeup products. Since this was my first time trying this type of property, rather than a hotel room, I wouldn't know if they should provide the shampoos, soaps or the comforts that you would normally get at a hotel, but there was nothing provided at this property, other than soap. In my opinion, this unit definitely needs some TLC and maybe a few upgrades so that it provides comfort and cleanliness to its future visitors, especially for the amount of money being charged for the property. Other than that, it's a great little getaway spot if you just want to be close to the beach.

Adorable cottage close to the beach
My husband and I and our two dogs stayed here for 6 nights. The cottage was very clean and super cute! There are several restaurants/bars within walking distance. The beach is a block away. Flagler is a great town that’s not overcrowded. If bringing dogs, they are not allowed on the beach between 10th street north and 10th street south. We drove just past 18th street and parked at Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill. Great restaurant and dogs are allowed on the beach there. I highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised
This property was absolutely amazing. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to keep it a secret! Andres could not have been more welcoming and easy to work with. The cottage was clean and well stocked with towels and beach accessories. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Flagler beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic coast.

Bike week 2021
Close to everything in town of Flagler, close to beach, shops, and resteraunts. Quiet neighborhood. Noise was not bad for being bike week. Shower was small but always had hot water. Wicker furniture in living room area. My husband would of preferred a couch. It was nice not to be taken advantage of with pet fees which was a plus. And having more than 1 pet we were limited on rentals. Overall Andres was very pleasant and let us check in a few hours early since we were traveling from PA and drove all night for about 16 hours in the vehicle. I would rent from him again, but would rent a larger rental. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The only issue I had with Andres property is that there were fire ants all over the living room carpet. I text Andres right when I figured it out and asked for some spray. Andres responded right away and apologized for the issue. I said I would be out for awhile and to leave on the bench. As soon as I came back, it was there waiting for me. I sprayed all over and never had another problem. Excellent Host and responds quickly.

Perfect beach cottage

Charming Cottage Close to Everything!

Hidden gem
We were able to get some days off from work last minute so wanted to plan a quick beach trip. We took only about an evening to research ,plan and book our trip. We weren’t familiar with Flagler beach but found this property and ask the owner a few questions which he promptly answered so we booked. We are glad we did. We loved the cottage.... it’s several units on the lush, green grounds that make you feel like you have stepped back into old Florida!! The cottage was perfect for us. Perfect size for couple and small pup. Everything we needed was provided plus we were welcomed with a note and bottle of wine. Being unfamiliar with the area we found it interesting but enjoyable. We didn’t get I. The car all week. We were able to walk everywhere.... stores, restaurants, eateries and bars all close by.... not to mention the beach is directly across the street. We just grabbed our chairs a book and waked right over! There’s a donut/coffee shop right behind. We walked to friends every morning most morning for breakfast. Great food and service. Crocs grill on corner has really good hot dogs. We had an amazing Italian dinner at Romero’s Tuscany by the sea one evening and an incredible seafood dinner at Flagler fish company. Highly recommend those. All within walking distance. At check in time we received a text from the owner welcoming us and letting us know if any questions to reach out to them. At check out time today we received a text saying he hoped we had enjoyed our stay and would be back! We were very satisfied with the property and location and the communication level from Andres’. The Space is Perfect!
My husband and I spent 3 nights at Las Palmas. The space is pefect for 2 people and everything was very clean. Andres even surprised us with a bottle of wine when we checked in! we loved staying so close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Flagler Beach. Sweet and Well Appointed!
This place was really sweet for my daughter and I and our dog. Very clean and well appointed. Steps to the beach and pier, and walk to all the restaurants, farmers market etc. My mom rented a downstairs unit so we each had our own space, and hers had a nice patio area. Good coffee place with homemade donuts across the street.

We loved our little hideaway! The only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t have more time! The location was perfect and so was the room! The area isn’t overly commercialized and had an awesome locals feel! We were so close to the beach that we didn’t even really notice we didn’t have beach front!
