Two Bear Lodge was made for big Bear Lake getaways. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sleeping space for up to 35 guests, three levels of living space, and incredible views of Bear Lake, there's room for everyone to be together without everyone having to be in the same place.
The home has three distinct gathering areas: the main-level great room and kitchen, an upstairs game loft, and a basement living and game area with a second kitchen. Outside, you'll find an expansive deck, covered dining space, large grassy yard, lower patio, and a firepit overlooking Bear Lake.

Two Bear Lodge is located inside The Reserve at Bear Lake, a private gated community with an extensive collection of shared recreational amenities.

Private Beach
Guests have access to The Reserve's private gated Bear Lake beach. It's a great place to spend the day swimming, relaxing, playing in the sand, or simply enjoying the lake.
Bear Lake's shoreline changes throughout the season. During lower-water years or later in the summer, the exposed beach can become exceptionally large and the distance from the developed beach area to the water may increase. (During these years the beach is drive on)

Two Bear Lodge is located in The Reserve at Bear Lake, a private gated community in Fish Haven, Idaho, overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of Bear Lake. The elevated setting offers incredible lake and mountain views while putting guests close to both summer and winter recreation.
One of the biggest advantages of staying in The Reserve is access to its private community amenities. Guests receive an access card for the gated pool area and private Bear Lake beach. The community features two swimming pools, a water slide, hot tub, splash pad, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, disc golf, a playground, fitness center, outdoor grills, and picnic areas.
The Reserve's private beach provides convenient access to Bear Lake. Depending on the lake's water level, the beach may offer drive-on access; during high-water years, less exposed beach is available.
Beyond The Reserve, Bear Lake recreation is close by in every direction. Bear Lake West Golf Course is nearby, North Beach is approximately 10 miles away, and Garden City, with its marina, restaurants, shops, recreation rentals, and famous raspberry shakes, is an easy drive around the lake. Minnetonka Cave and miles of mountain and ATV trails provide even more ways to explore the area.
In winter, the Fish Haven side of Bear Lake becomes a great home base for snowmobiling and other mountain recreation. With lake activities in summer, colorful mountain scenery in fall, and snow-covered trails in winter, The Reserve is a beautiful place to experience Bear Lake throughout the year.

A vehicle is recommended when staying at Two Bear Lodge, as public transportation is not available and most Bear Lake attractions, restaurants, shopping, and recreation are spread around the lake.
The home has a large private parking area with space for up to 10 vehicles and multiple boat trailers. The Reserve's private beach, pools, and other community amenities are a short drive within the neighborhood.
Garden City, the marina, North Beach, Bear Lake West Golf Course, restaurants, shops, recreation rentals, and other Bear Lake attractions are all easily reached by car. Guests bringing ATVs or snowmobiles can also access nearby trails and Fish Haven Canyon from the area.

A $35 damage waiver is included as part of the cleaning fee for each reservation. This waiver helps cover accidental damage during your stay, up to $1,500, and is included automatically with your booking.

Two Bear Lodge is located within The Reserve at Bear Lake, a private gated community. Guests are expected to follow all community and HOA rules during their stay. Community amenities are shared with other residents and guests and are not exclusive to Two Bear Lodge.

Pools and certain other community amenities are seasonal. Community amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, HOA operations, or other circumstances outside the homeowner's or property manager's control.

Bear Lake's water level and shoreline vary throughout the year and from year to year. The size of The Reserve's private beach and the distance from the developed beach area to the water will vary accordingly.

The outdoor firepit may only be used when local fire restrictions and weather conditions permit. Guests are responsible for observing all posted and local fire restrictions.
