„We stayed in Unit #2 for 11 nights in the 2nd half of September. We had a very nice time, really enjoyed spending time on the roof deck and hopefully will visit again. We stayed in Unit #1 for the last two summers so we're repeat custom First let me say they provide shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap, dish sponge and paper towels plus there were 4 large beach towels. „This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend.“

It's important to know that the three spaces are separate, and the only full bathroom is on the upper floor with external stairs to reach it. „The property was misrepresented and unsafe. My parents didnt stay with us due to conditions of the property. We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. „The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!“
