The Lobster Pot Beach House is located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy a spacious enclosed terrace - ideal for dogs........

Enter through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your right are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with a further king sized bed (which can be separated to make two singles by the guests). There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors off the hallway / second bedroom.

To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely corner leather sofa and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the enclosed deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting outside.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
